The Pilates Classes

Rehab Pilates

Injuries and physical limitations don't have to sideline your fitness journey. Enter the world of Rehab Pilates, where gentle yet effective exercises are customised to rehabilitate injuries, alleviate pain, and restore optimal function. Under the guidance of physiotherapists, Rehab Pilates utilises modified movements, props, and therapeutic techniques to target specific areas of concern while promoting overall wellness. It's a holistic approach to recovery that empowers individuals to regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.

Studio Pilates

Studio Pilates offers a personalised approach to fitness, with expert instructors guiding you through exercises tailored to your goals and abilities. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, studio Pilates sessions provide a supportive environment to refine your technique, correct imbalances, and unlock your body's true potential.

Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and therapeutic tools to facilitate targeted exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and versatile form of exercise that utilises a specialised piece of equipment called a "reformer." Developed by Joseph Pilates, this method combines elements of strength training, flexibility, and coordination into a full-body workout.
Reformer Pilates offers numerous benefits, including improved core strength, enhanced flexibility, increased muscle tone, better posture, and heightened body awareness. The adjustable resistance of the springs allows for progressive overload, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates strips away the frills and focuses on the foundational principles of Pilates: breath, concentration, control, centering, precision, and flow. Using just your body weight as resistance, Mat Pilates challenges your core strength, stability, and endurance through a series of precise movements performed on the floor. It's a low-impact yet intense workout suitable for all fitness levels, providing a solid foundation for building strength, improving posture, and enhancing mind-body connection.
